You are invited to participate in an ongoing Dharma group called the Clear Sky Sangha. Our emphasis is on teachings and practices that support the awakening of a shift in identity from the personality to one's ultimate nature - called by many names - Buddha Nature, True Self, Being, Emptiness. Equal attention is given to practices that help to integrate and stabilize this shift so that it becomes an ongoing and embodied experience in one's daily life. This group is for those already grounded in a basic meditation practice, and for those who wish to deepen their practice in the context of a committed group of fellow practitioners. We emphasize four essential supports to self-realization and its embodiment: teachers, teachings, community and practice. The group is led alternately by Sanjay Manchanda and Anna Douglas.
