Honey Used to Treat Infections

Hi all,
My brother sent me an interesting article about the use of honey in treating infections.  The article talked about the difficulties we now have in treating bugs that are resistant to all our strongest antibiotics.  Some doctors are now using an age-old remedy that has apparently stood the test of time - honey.

When bees make their honey, they apparently add in many chemicals that make it resistant to infections…(more)

If you speak Japanese, check out the September 2007 article on Canyon Ranch in the Japanese magazine 25ans in which I was quoted, speaking on holistic medicine in general and on America’s interest in Eastern meditation techniques and philosophies. Then, please tell me what I said, because I can’t read Japanese and I have no idea what parts of our interview were quoted!
