There is never a guarantee of positive results, particularly in an area like Vitamin D where the research is all still fairly new. Time will tell how helpful this vitamin is to our health, but the research shows great results so far. I’m looking forward to seeing what new insights we gain over the next couple of years. There should be a number of them, as Vitamin D has become the new hot topic for research.
