This wonderful movement form is known as Qi Gong - a practice to strengthen one's internal organs and one's internal power. Short and easy to learn, Five Animal Frolics can be adapted to any physical challenge, and is wonderful to do with children.

Drawing from the truths of the world's faiths, this series will help you broaden and master your knowledge of spiritual practices. By exploring topics that are relevant to your life, you will apply various tools of meditation, visioning, and spiritual discernment. Topics include life after death, finding meaning in your work, self-esteem, and exploring the mystical life, among others. As the series progresses, our sessions become more experiential. You will participate in your own teaching and take responsibility for uncovering your truth. Through a variety of exercises, you will be encouraged to take an honest look at yourself and your belief system.

Don Chatfield, Ph.D. is an ordained interfaith minister. He holds the master of divinity degree and has ministered in various settings over the past 30 years. His doctoral studies at the Fielding Graduate Institute included research into human learning and motivation. Don is also a certified hypnotherapist and is active in conservation activities throughout the West. Karen Chatfield, M.A. is committed to bringing equity and understanding to community life. She sits on the board of the Coalition for African American Health and Wellness, has presented at numerous state and national conferences on the topic of cultural competence, and advocates on behalf of persons who are mentally ill and those in the LGBTQ community. She recently obtained her Reiki I Practitioner certificate. Don and Karen are the founders of La Cholla Center for Integrative Spirituality, which offers these sessions.

He also co-created the 90-minute documentary The Sacred Prostitute. His forthcoming book is The Sexual Shaman: Dancing with Earth-Wind-Water-Fire. Ray is the vice-president of The Association of Sexual Energy Professionals.
